18-Month Plan: Looking for a bit more time? This plan offers a comfortable payment schedule with a competitive 12% interest rate.

24-Month Plan: Get the flexibility you need with this plan, which features a 12% interest rate on the dollar price and a 24% interest rate on the kwacha price.

36-Month Plan: Our most flexible option, this plan gives you the longest term to pay off your plot at a 12% interest rate.

Purchasing a plot from Lion’s Hill is simple. Once you have chosen your plot we will send you a Offer to Purchase Letter. This outlines the terms of sale and you can then reserve your plot by paying a 15% refundable deposit. You will then send us your lawyers details and we will send them a Contract of Sale. Once this is signed your deposit becomes non refundable and is held in our lawyers trust account. Once full payment is received Title Deeds can be transferred.
